Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MILANO SA (www.milanosa.co.za). The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.

If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, our support team will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We deliver nationwide across all nine provinces in South Africa.

  • Standard Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Express Delivery: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery to regional, outlying, or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 business days. Free shipping thresholds or specific rates will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched from our facility. This email will contain your tracking number(s) and a link to trace your package. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or if the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery shipping costs. Please double-check your shipping details—including suburb and postal code—before completing your checkout.

5. Damages and Lost Orders

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it has been lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.

When reporting a damaged item, please retain all original packaging materials and the damaged goods, and include photographic evidence in your email to expedite the resolution process.

6. International Shipping

At this time, Milano SA only ships within the borders of South Africa. We do not currently offer international shipping.
